Experience was fine.
Everything was amazing, so were incredible views of mountain all around. Location: the hotel was very close to mountains and fresh longan trees, many local activities and river and lake. It also was in a local area.

Spent Christmas at a beautiful hotel surrounded by lush rice fields and banana plants. the hotel's location was perfect for outdoor activities, such as kayaking and mountain biking. the staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay very pleasant. the hotel also offered delicious and tasty food with a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel lacked some amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as a fitness center or a pool. some of the facilities felt run-down and could benefit from some maintenance.

Located amidst serene natural beauty, the hotel offers easy access to several activities. Guests can explore the nearby large lake, indulging in kayaking and paddleboarding. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, completely equipped with modern amenities including a clean bathroom and excellent room service. the breakfast spread is decent with plenty of options to choose from, and the beautiful views from the rooms are a plus.
The swimming pool is small, which can be a disappointment for some guests.

I loved the beautiful natural setting of the hotel surrounded by mountains and fresh fruit trees. The staff here are amazing and incredibly welcoming, making me feel like a part of their family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern design. The green gardens were absolutely stunning and the surrounding landscape was really peaceful. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The facilities and amenities were not as advertised. The restaurant and bar were closed and there were no food options available. The reception area was often unattended, and it was difficult to find staff when needed. Moreover, there were no nearby restaurants or shops, so it was inconvenient to go out and find food. This was disappointing, especially during a business trip where time was limited and convenience was important.
